Unified Terms & Conditions for All Offerings

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offerings, services, events, programs, retreats, digital products, in-person experiences, online experiences, group sessions, one-to-one sessions, ceremonies, workshops, and educational content (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Simone Andrews trading as The Soul Connector, The Temple of the Embodied Goddess.

By ticking the checkbox, purchasing, booking, enrolling, attending, downloading, or otherwise participating in any Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

You confirm that you:

  • Are 18 years or older.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and

  • Are participating voluntarily and at your own discretion.

Minors are not permitted unless explicitly stated in writing by us.

SCOPE OF OFFERINGS

These Terms apply to, but are not limited to:

  • Retreats, immersions, temple experiences, and residential events

  • One-to-one and group mentoring, coaching, facilitation, and guidance

  • Energy-based practices including (but not limited to) Reiki, Seichim, meditation, breathwork, movement, sound, embodiment, ceremony, intuition development, and somatic practices

  • Workshops, trainings, intensives, and community gatherings

  • Digital products, online programs, recordings, and resources

Some offerings may also include Additional Terms specific to that service. Where provided, those Additional Terms operate alongside these Terms. If there is an inconsistency, the Additional Terms will prevail.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that:

  • Your participation is entirely voluntary.

  • You may pause, modify, or withdraw from any activity at any time.

  • You remain fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic wellbeing before, during, and after participation.

HEALTH, MEDICAL & FITNESS DISCLAIMER

You confirm that:

  • You are physically, emotionally, and mentally fit to participate.

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, medications, or mental health considerations that may impact your participation.

  • You understand that our Services are complementary wellbeing practices only and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional healthcare.

You agree to seek appropriate professional advice where required and understand that we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

NATURE OF PRACTICES

You understand that activities may include:

  • Movement, breathwork, meditation, sound, embodiment, energy awareness, intuitive practices, and ceremonial experiences.

  • Emotional release or personal insights may occur.

  • Outcomes vary between individuals and no guarantees are made.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge and accept that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical exertion, emotional responses, energetic experiences.

  • Outdoor and natural environments (uneven ground, weather, insects, sun exposure);

  • Travel risks and shared accommodation environments.

You voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Simone Andrews – The Soul Connector, its owners, directors, facilitators, assistants, contractors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, injuries, or damages arising from or related to your participation.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simone Andrews The Soul Connector from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your participation.

  • Your breach of these Terms.

  • Your conduct toward other participants or third parties.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

Retreats & In-Person Events

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Cancellation policies are specific to each offering and will be provided at time of booking.

  • We may offer credits or transfers at our discretion.

  • Travel, accommodation, insurance, and personal expenses are your responsibility.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

Services Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule Services due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, safety concerns, or insufficient numbers. Where applicable, credits or refunds will be issued at our discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing Services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, venue closures, or travel disruptions.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA CONSENT

You consent to photographs, video, and audio recordings being taken during Services and used for:

  • Marketing, promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

If you do not wish to appear, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

Images or videos captured may NOT be used by you for your own business marketing, advertising, promotions, or commercial use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, teachings, recordings, branding, and intellectual property remain the sole property of Simone Andrews The Soul Connector.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY CONDUCT

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared personal experiences of other participants.

  • Engage respectfully and responsibly within group environments.

  • Understand that we reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned, without refund.

ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

You acknowledge that ticking a checkbox, clicking “I Agree”, or completing payment constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under Australian law.

DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, healing, insights, income, emotional states, or personal transformation.

Testimonials are individual experiences and not promises of results.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By proceeding with payment or participation, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms

  • Accept full personal responsibility for your participation

  • Agree to be legally bound by this agreement.
