This Temple exists to support women who feel the call to lead from within, to move with truth, and to anchor deeply into their bodies as their home and compass.

Here, we work with the body exactly as it is
offering full permission to soften, to allow, and to be held by the body’s innate wisdom.

This is not about fixing or forcing.
It is about listening, remembering, and reclaiming what already lives within you.

Each session is a living, breathing Temple no two gatherings are ever the same.

I intuitively weave together:

Guided by the aliveness of the women present, these sessions meet you exactly where you are, while gently expanding your capacity to feel, sense, express, and lead from embodiment.
