In this Temple, we will simply be with what is. We work with the body as it is offering full permission to allow, to soften, and to be held in the body’s innate wisdom.
This is an invitation to form a deeper connection with your body, to expand capacity through breath, sensation, range, and knowing. Together we open space for remembrance, self-honouring, and reconnection to the truth that already lives within you.
We gather in sisterhood, because we are not meant to walk this path alone. In circle, we create a sanctuary of reflection, safety, and soul-deep connection.
